Justin Bieber was spotted rocking some brand new body art, the 19-year-old is now up 14 tattoos to date.This time around the Biebs opted for a picture of a tiger by his upper arm muscle and an angel down by his wrist, both tatted on his left side.With these new additions, the “Baby” singer looks to be on the fast track to almost donning a full sleeve of ink.Bieber took the stage Tuesday night in Stockholm, Sweden showing off his inked-out arm and the star’s next stop on the “Believe” tour is scheduled for Sunday in St. Petersburg, Russia.His new tats may add fuel to the fire that Bieber is acting out as the singer has been under public scrutiny lately for social media posts including controversial Instagram uploads as well as tweets marked by critics as offensive.
